Egg donors must be willing to complete a comprehensive
screening process prior to being accepted in to the egg donation
program. The entire screening
process is an interview process, to ensure we are recruiting egg
donors with the highest level of responsibility, maturity and
trust.
While monetary compensation is
not the only motivating factor that encourages egg donors to
donate, RCC would still like to let our donors know how much we
value and appreciate all their time and effort throughout the
screening process and donation cycle. Ethical guidelines
prohibit compensation to women for their eggs but donors can be
compensated for their time, travel and effort.
RCC egg donors are required to be
local to minimize the donor's time and to ensure the donor's
compensation is affordable for RCC's recipient couples.
The egg donor compensation is $200 for completing the egg donor
screening process and $2500 for each completed egg donation
cycle. Donors will not be compensated more than $2,500
under any circumstances due to ethical guidelines.
The screening process is as follows:
- Complete and submit the
Online Preliminary Application.
- Attend Orientation.
- Complete history form through eIVF Patient Portal.
- Interview to review your history form and complete lab work.
- Professional photograph taken by RCC referred
photographer at RCC’s expense.
- Complete
ovarian reserve (egg quality) testing.
